each Wednesday at 1:30pm Mountain Time for Bliss Breaks LIVE. The 15 minute gathering will encourage you step away from your daily tasks and take a little time for self- care. Each idea typically takes less than ten minutes, doesn’t cost money and can be done anytime, almost anywhere. Practicing a Bliss Break™ will support you to become more aware of the abundance and beauty that is already present in your life. By taking a moment in your day to acknowledge the power of your thoughts and the purpose of experiences you can improve your health and wellbeing.
