Why Bliss Breaks

It is our intention that you can take a Bliss Break™ anywhere, anytime and that you take them often. You can perform most of these rituals so quietly and inconspicuously that they can be done on the train, in a parked car, ​a cubical or sitting beside a loved one. The more frequently you incorporate a Bliss Break™; into your routine, the more quickly a state of peace and joy will become your nature. A Bliss Break™ will shift your energy and make you feel great. When you feel good you are more likely to take better care of yourself. You can change your life by discovering this inner work. Also, this change maybe so powerful you will likely affect all those around you, whether they know it or not.

I also included a paragraph of how you may choose to expand on each Bliss Break™ to incorporate it more fully into your life. Finally, at the end of book is an index of conditions and situations which you might find yourself experiencing. This index has been included so you may cross reference an external circumstance with a complimentary Bliss Break™ that can support you to move forward on your path.
